The IBO Legal Defense Fund (ILDF) is an independent, nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of protecting the lives and futures of North American Independent Business Owner's (IBO) families.
|
|
We believe the little guy can win the case for freedom if we level the financial playing field; we need your help because these IBO families do not have the resources to fund their fight with Amway/Quixtar.
|
|
It is a clear case of David IBO v Goliath Corp. We are dedicated to advancing the interests of individual business owner freedoms through the often confusing and expensive legal system and to providing independent legal support for North American IBOs.
|
IBO LEGAL DEFENSE FUND: CAUSE
Help little David IBO and John Doe win in court when facing Goliath Corp.
|
|
Help us empower the valiant David IBOs and John Does to have their day in court without risking their homes or children's college education
|
|
We can't let David IBO and John Doe's dreams be crushed and their voices silenced by big business and big bucks. Join the cause. Fight the injustice.

"In my opinion, the treatment by Amway/Quixtar of former and current Quixtar IBOs
in terminating IBOs without following its own Rules of Conduct or, even, its historic
treatment of IBO behavior it regards as inappropriate; threatening suspension or
termination of IBOs; and on-going use of the legal system to intimidate and control
IBO activities violates principles of basic fairness and reeks of injustice in its
simplest terms." |

Declaration
of Independence reads: "...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing
invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism,
it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide
new guards for their future security."
In National Treasure, the character, Ben Gates proffered that this statement meant
"if there's something wrong, those who have the ability to take action have the
responsibility to take action."
"Today, the rights and freedoms of IBOs are under attack by the very company in
which these business owners and families have invested substantial sums of money
and countless hours of their life, some even decades. It is our right and our duty
to take action and support those accepting the responsibility to fight against
this injustice. Let us answer the call and take up this cause to preserve the freedoms
that every IBO was promised and guaranteed - the freedom of being independent business
owners." - Matthew J. Abraham
